Austin, Texas Day 1

I'm in a Blink 182 mood, teehee

It's almost often that I return here after a some time spent away. I would like to keep writing here, and more so, constantly but that just does not seem to come to easy for me these days. I rarely have access to the internet via computer nowadays so the desire to write in depth or write at all, is a little more a daunting task. I'm going to try my best because I always need a place to return to, to look back and see what happened at the time. Rant, rant, rant!

So, I'm in Austin. This place is just so great. So awesome. I just love the atmosphere. It's just so progressive, it's wonderful. We explored South Congress (or to locals: SoCo) today. Had a lovely time checking the shops out and drooling over all the restaurants calling for my attention. Iron Works BBQ isn't exactly on SoCo but is in downtown Austin, we ate there for lunch and I must say it was spectacular. The menu is quite simple but the food is great, the beef ribs were pretty tasty but not for the small stomached people, ha. Dinner led us to Home Slice Pizza on South Congress. As soon as I walked into that place I knew I would love it. The place is just an amazing smell of pizza. Doesn't help that they also play some great music. ugh i've gotten distracted. done for now.
